We have a number of consignors who have chosen to receive store credit instead of cash for their items. This is great, and we do welcome this!
However, as everyone knows, the store has been closed for a bit, physically, and it is currently unsure when we will be reopening (details… they love to take their sweet time being figured out, don’t they?). For the time being, we will be selling items on eBay and eventually on our own website (yet another of those details we are waiting on).
For those of our customers who have chosen to be paid in cash, this isn’t an issue if they decide to use their money to buy from us, but for those who have asked to receive store credit, I understand it can be a bit frustrating.
For the time being, I will allow current store credit account holders who wish to purchase items we have available on eBay to use their store credit to pay for their eBay purchases. However, store credit can only be used toward the purchase price. If your item needs to be shipped, you will still have to pay the shipping costs.
If you have store credit with us and you see something we have listed on eBay that you wish to bid on, please send us a message and let us know you would like to bid on the item and use your store credit if you win. We will get back to you with your store credit balance and make a note so that if you win you will only be charged for shipping and the balance will be deducted from your store credit account (If you are local you can request to pick the item up and have shipping costs waived).
You can view our eBay items here
(The only item currently listed that can not be purchased using store credit is the Lenovia Wedding Gown)
This option is available for those who hold a current store credit account only. We will not be opening new store credit accounts until we reopen this spring (more details to come).
