Below is the list of finalists for our “Give us a Tagline” contest.
Suggestions below were submitted by customers, consignors and fans alike. Post a comment with the number of your favorite (s) You may choose up to 3.
Voting will be open until Sunday, December 19th. And the winner will be contacted on Monday, December 20th and further details will be announced after that.

And there you have it… our 17 finalists! You’ve got until Sunday at Midnight to post your vote for your top 3 choices! If you submitted any of these, send all your friends and family to vote for you! Vote will be tallied Monday morning and the winner will then be contacted… The winning tag line (or a variation of) will then be used on all of our promotional materials and the winner will become our own personal celebrity! (Remember, In the event of a tie, there will be a 24 hour tie-breaker vote.)
I just discovered that Twice Loved Boutique was referenced as a “reliable place to buy Hollister clothing”! How true it is 
We don’t have any listed online as of today, but we do have a number of pieces in the store!
All of us at Twice Loved Boutique feel strongly about giving back and supporting our community and many different organizations, and we do so in the best way we know how… by selling clothes!
We have many charity accounts that our consignors can donate items to, the proceeds of which go to various organizations that do wonderful things for the community.
Some of the organizations we have accounts for currently are:
- New Hope for Women
- American Cancer Society (New England Division)
- Tenth Life Cat Rescue
- Unitarian Universalist Church of Belfast
- and more!
We offer fundraising for organizations and causes in multiple ways.
The first way is simply by opening an account in the name of your organization or cause, then donate your items to this account, and as items sell, the balance raised is given to the organization or cause named on the account.
The second way to raise money is by having a Shopping for a Cause event! To start, you open an account for the charity as described above, and then you get friends, family members, organization members, etc to donate their items in addition to yours to the account. Then we have a day long shopping event! 10% of the total sales for the day will be added to the account of the Charity/Organization/Cause, in addition to any money accumulated by the sale of items that were donated to the account! Twice Loved Boutique promotes the Shopping for a Cause event the same way we promote everything else, and we encourage those involved with the organization to promote the event as well!

We have been working on creating an upgraded logo from our simple butterfly logo, and are not having much luck. We are wanting to include a cute “Tag line” to the logo, under our store name and butterfly, but we are stumped on what to say! We know who we are and what we do, but we aren’t sure how to portray that to outsiders!
At the suggestion of a family member, we have decided to hold a contest, and let our customers and consignors explain who THEY think we are!
Some suggestions we’ve gotten so far (some of the following may be included in the contest):
- “Saving the Earth, Without Sacrificing Style”
- “Great style doesn’t mean an empty wallet”
- “Saving the Earth, One Fashionista at a time”
These are just some examples, get creative and submit your suggestions by posting it as a comment on this blog!
Rules: No limit on how many taglines you can submit, any taglines we deem inappropriate or just plain “bad” may be excluded from the final contest. Contest is closed to new entries as of 12:01am on Tuesday, December 14th, 2010. Entries will be posted and instructions for voting will be announced on Wednesday, December 15th, 2010. Voting will close at 12:01am on Sunday, December 19th, 2010 and the winner will be announced on Monday, December 20th, 2010. In the event of a tie, there will be a 24 hour tie-breaker vote.
Our winner will receive a variety of still to be determined prizes.
