Yep it’s official, and sorry I haven’t posted sooner to let everyone know, had a lot going on at home with the new baby and people being sick, plus trying to get the shop all cleaned up, organized, restocked and all that good stuff to make it good enough to HAVE the reopening this weekend!

We have added a ton of new inventory, all the racks are full! We have even decided we need at least 2 more racks (which we are HOPING to have installed BEFORE we open on Saturday, otherwise they will have to be listed as a “coming attraction” haha!) one rack will be for Discount Items (yes I know, we are a Resale & Consignment shop, so things are already pretty discounted, but these are items that are priced to SELL! Even more so than before…!) and the other rack will be for Maternity clothes (which we have quite a bit of, but felt it would be more appropriate for them to have their own home instead of being thrown in with all the rest of the Women’s items!).

I know LOTS of you will be out Yard Saling this weekend, so make sure to take a detour through Brooks on your way to or from home and check out what we’ve got available for you!

90% or more of our inventory is priced $5 or under!!!!!!!

It’s closing in on the one year mark… it was May 31st, 2008 when we first opened our doors (literally) to the public and declared ourselves OPEN for business in our Brooks, Maine location! Now, we unfortunately have been closed for the past few months due to some personal/family things (most of which surrounding the birth of our newest family member in April!), but we are back and ready to go full force!

Things have straightened out for all of us here and we are ready to get back to business!

We have a LOT of great items that have been in storage that we are digging out for everyone, clearing out some older inventory and possibly  marking some of it down to practically NOTHING!

We are introducing a larger selection of Maternity clothing, adding Books and some other miscellaneous items, still offering Mineral Makeup for sale, and have a small selection on display and available for immediate purchase, or you can place a custom order.

Now, I suppose, I should get back to work, the shop needs to be cleaned up and organized and I need to get some more inventory put out and finish cleaning out the out of season inventory and all of that good stuff!

I will be in and out of the store all week, so if you happen to  drive by and see me out there, feel free to stop in and do a little shopping or browsing!

Our OFFICIAL ReOpening is tentatively set for May 16, 2009. Details and hours will be posted later (Still trying to figure out which business hours are going to work out for us having a newborn and a 2 year old in and out all day!)

P.S. We can always use donations of clothing, books, housewares, etc. Or you can sell them on Consignment with us! Just please call ahead to make arrangements and make sure we have room for the types of items you plan on bringing in, as we have NO storage space available at this point in time.
